Vitamin B cookies for milk supply!
My favorite cookie recipe as of late! So amazing for milk supply issues or to boost your vitamin B levels.
wet ingredients:
1 cup grass fed butter or ghee
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup raw honey
1 tsp organic vanilla
2 pasture raised eggs
dry ingredients:
2 cups GF flour or paleo flour
2 cups GF rolled oats
6 TBSP brewer’s yeast
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
combine wet with dry and then add organic chocolate chips (I use hu kitchen chocolate)
Bake at 350 for 11-12 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
